How to Book Your Tattoo at Rose Noir Studio
At Rose Noir Tattoo, every tattoo is more than just ink—it’s a piece of your story, a reflection of your individuality, and a way to express yourself with confidence. Booking a tattoo with me is designed to be thoughtful, intentional, and personalized, so your tattoo experience is as meaningful as the art itself. Here’s how it works:
1. Explore the Portfolio
Before booking, I encourage clients to browse my portfolio. Here, you’ll find examples of my specialty styles: hyper-detailed realism, watercolor-inspired painterly work, and both black & gray and color tattoos. I love designing tattoos inspired by nature, mythology, goddesses, animals, and artistic faces. Looking through the portfolio helps you get a sense of my style and what resonates with your vision.
2. Join the Waitlist
I only accept new tattoo requests a few times a year to ensure every client gets the attention and care they deserve. By joining the waitlist, you’ll receive notification when it’s time to submit your tattoo request. This ensures that every project receives the thoughtful consideration it deserves.
3. Submit a Tattoo Consultation Request
When it’s time to book, clients complete a Tattoo Consultation Request Form. This form allows you to share your ideas, goals, and inspiration. It helps me understand if your project is a good fit for my style and workflow. Taking the time to provide detailed information ensures that we can craft a design that is truly unique and tailored to you.
4. Book Your In-Person Consultation
Once your request is approved, you’ll schedule an in-person consultation. During this appointment, we dive into the details: placement, size, style, and design elements. You don’t need to bring a finished design—if you have references or inspiration images, bring them organized, and we’ll discuss how to translate them into a custom tattoo.
5. Deposits and Scheduling
Deposits are required to secure your tattoo session(s) and are applied toward the session cost. The deposit amount is structured to reflect the number and scale of sessions. This ensures commitment on both sides and helps keep the process smooth and organized.
6. Tattoo Day
At your session, we review the finalized design together to make sure it’s perfect for you. Then the fun begins! Every session is designed to be relaxing, comfortable, and immersive. From choosing a personalized playlist or watching a favorite movie to enjoying a calming studio vibe with incense and essential oils, I create an environment where the tattoo experience feels as special as the art itself.
Why I Do It This Way
Tattooing is an intimate, personal form of expression. My booking process is designed to give each client the time, attention, and care needed to ensure the tattoo is not only technically excellent but also deeply meaningful. By structuring the process intentionally—from waitlist to consultation to the session itself—I can focus on creating art that celebrates individuality, enhances self-expression, and leaves clients feeling confident and empowered.
Every step of the process reflects my commitment to thoughtful, personalized tattooing—because your story deserves to be told beautifully.
