How far in advance do you book?
My schedule typically books 12–18 months in advance. I open my books only a few times each year, with Priority Access subscribers receiving the first opportunity to submit a tattoo request.
How do I book a tattoo?
Start by joining my Priority Access list. When my books open, you’ll receive an email with instructions for submitting your tattoo request. If your project is approved, you’ll be invited to an in-person consultation where we’ll discuss your tattoo and schedule your sessions.
Do you require a consultation?
Yes. All tattoo projects begin with an in-person consultation. This is where we slow down, talk through your vision, and consider how the design will move with your body, live on your skin, and become part of your story. We’ll discuss placement, scale, composition, and overall direction before your tattoo sessions are scheduled.
Why do I have to get on a waitlist?
At Rose Noir Tattoo Studio, our schedule is intentionally full so we can focus on what we do best—creating detailed, personalized tattoos. We open appointments only three to four times a year, and our waitlist ensures each client has a chance to book while allowing us to dedicate the majority of our time to designing and tattooing. This approach helps us provide a thoughtful, comfortable, and professional experience for every tattoo.
How do I submit a tattoo request?
Once you’re on the waitlist and books open, you’ll receive an email with a submission form. This is where you can share your vision, size, placement, and any reference images for your tattoo.
What happens after I submit my request?
After submission, our team reviews your request to confirm it’s a good fit for the style and specialties of our artist. If approved, you’ll be invited to schedule a consultation, discuss the design in detail, and secure your tattoo session appointment with a deposit.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment when the rescheduling policy is followed. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
